Lucie Tickle is the most magical Mary Poppins QUEEN agent that you could ever pray for in real estate!! I actually have not stopped talking about her to everyone I know. I wish I could give every nervous first time homebuyer or homecurious person the gift of Lucie. I was a young first time home buyer and so nervous about the process. From minute one she was fantastic: boundless energy and positivity, staying up late with me to walk through every detail of the process, helping me choose a lender and giving me tips on housing loans, always checking in and making friends with the sellers agents as to better our chances, teaching me about inspection reports and what to look for, giving me frequent updates on offer nights, going above and beyond for me to find out what we were missing when our offer was not chosen and being so sweet until FINALLY landing my first home in the very competitive Seattle market. I could not recommend Lucie enough, she is the best!!

Lucie was fabulous. She made several recommendations on how to prep our house for sale and provided contacts for staging, yard clean up, painting and a contractor for minor repairs. She also presented a sales strategy that had us establish a specific sale price point that would encourage bidding and a quick sale. That is exactly what happened as we received an all cash no contingency offer almost immediately, 150K over the list price!

Us not winning offers was not a reflection of her skills, but rather on the state of the market in Seattle in early 2021. It was actually when we finally listened to all of her suggestions that we finally one our first home! She put up with us being usure about a ton of houses, asking a million questions, bothering her all the time, and deciding to back off on certain properties even after a lot of work was already put in. She never pressured us into anything. Lucie let us guide our home search with helpful suggestions of properties and advice. Highly recommend!
